FS系列往復式旋轉噴淋清洗機
“富怡達”牌FS系列往復式旋轉噴淋清洗機主要用于大型金屬工件特別是鑄鐵件機加工后的除油、除屑清洗。是利用高壓水泵將清洗液噴射到工件表面，將粘附在工件表面的油污、鐵屑剝離下來的清洗方法完成清洗工作。清洗時噴淋嘴不動，承托工件的工件臺水平轉動從而達到全面清洗的目的。清洗作業時操作員只需將待清洗產品吊裝到清洗托盤上，按下啟動按鈕設備即自動將工件送入工作室進行噴淋清洗、噴淋漂洗（防銹）、切水后再送回到工作室外。廣泛應用于壓縮機殼體、電梯輪轱、大型軸承、發動機缸體等大型工件的清洗。
